The Western Australia Police Force have been using Verint’s impact 360 Work Force Management (WFM) on-premise solution to create, forecast and manage the various work place shifts for its contract Centre (Police Assistant Centre – PAC). The WA Police Force requires the ability to purchase additional WFM licenses and support for the system moving forward as well as transition assistance in moving to the cloud version of Verint.
