The removal of an existing lab fitout on the J3 Ward of John Hunter Hospital and subsequent refurbishment of the space. The Works are to be completed to meet the date for the commencement of staff training. The Works include but are not limited to:- Demolition, removal and disposal of existing fit out- Installation of new finishes and fixtures as per the documentation- Coordination with site engineering and maintenance staff
