Provision of Legal Services - XINSW1902

The scope of services includes the provision of advice and legal services between late 2019 and 2024 (expected time of completion of the Project) including in relation to: 1. Design Competition INSW Consultant Agreement. a. Provide feedback and amend standard INSW Consultant Agreement so it can be · issued to the design teams with the Design Competition Brief. b. Review the Design Teams responses to the Consultant Agreement. c. Be involved in the negotiations of the staged commitment Consultant Agreement with the Design Team for the Concept Design phase and then the Architect for the Project. d. Involvement with procuring other large Consultant commitments e. Finalisation of Consultant Agreements with novation clauses by Mid 2020. 2. Builder Procurement a. Involvement in preparing documents for builder procurement potentially ECI. b. Negotiate Contractor Agreements including GC21 Agreement with novation. c. Administration issues as required during the contract life. 3. SSDA Inputs as required. See further details in original IP in the Documents Tab.
