Banksia Beach State School Car Park

The Department of Education (DoE) is calling for tender submissions for the design and construction of a new Car Park at Banksia Beach State School, located at Sunderland Road Banksia Beach QLD 4507.

The Car Park is located along the Eastern Boundary of the school site and includes a ‘Drop and Go’ Zone, Additional Car Parking, Pedestrian Crossing, Turning Circle and Footpath. The entrance of the car park is at the front of the school with adequate site access and working space. All works are to be completed by March 2021.

Tender submissions will be accepted from contractors that meet the following requirements:

• Appropriate QBCC Builders licences to undertake the entire scope of works
• Professional Indemnity Insurance to the value of $ 1,000,000.00

It is anticipated that a minimum of a QBCC (Low Rise) builders’ licence will be required for this project. Contractors are required to hold Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the contract.
