Description

The Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning (DSDMIP) is seeking a suitably qualified contractor to undertake research into Integrating zero net emissions goals into state infrastructure planning as part of the Queensland Climate Transition Strategy (QCTS).


Scope - The scope is to undertake research that will:
• estimate greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions for Queensland infrastructure and develop an approximate marginal abatement cost curve for Queensland infrastructure
• identify the risks and opportunities related to reducing GHG emissions for new and existing infrastructure
• identify the necessary actions, and timing, for Queensland’s infrastructure to meet the Government’s 2030 and 2050 GHG emissions reduction targets


Closing Date - The tender closes strictly at 5pm, Brisbane time, Friday, 15 June 2018 offers received after this time are considered late and not considered for evaluation. It is solely at the discretion of the Principal to accept late offers and may be dependent on the number of conforming offers received at tender closing.
