The project intends to develop an overarching NSW Blue Growth Strategy based on initial findings through research and literature reviews, followed by development of a series of sector-based plans which consider key barriers to development and risk mitigation options such as establishing appropriate policy settings, regulatory regimes, coordination and prioritisation of research, skills need assessments, and supply chain opportunities.
