Description
The Department of Communities (Communities/ the Customer) Legal and Business Services (Legal Services) area is replacing its current Legal Practice Management System (LPMS) (VisualFiles), which is an on-premises customised solution with a Software as a Service (SaaS). The Legal Service is procuring a new Legal Management System and removing the VisualFiles system. As part of implementing the new system, data migration will be carried out to ensure that all the legal records are in the new system and accessible to the lawyers.
