Elizabeth Quay Bus Station Concourse Amenities Modification

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Public Transport Authority (PTA) for Transperth are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Concourse Amenities Modification Works at the Elizabeth Quay Bus Station. This is a design and construct project with two main objectives: Convert Shop 11 into a Parenting room.Convert Shop 13 into Staff roomModify existing Parenting room into Male staff bathroom. All locations will require demolition and significant fit out works to make suitable for the intended use. Where an item of work is not expressly mentioned in the Project documents but is necessary for the satisfactory completion and performance of the contract works it shall be performed by the Contractor at the Contractor?s expense.
