Principal Contractor Engagement - Medical Imaging Equipment - Construction Works

Metro South Hospital and Health Service is seeking Proposals for Construction works at Logan & Princess Alexandrea Hospitals.

The two Medical Imaging Replacement Projects are to be delivered within the main building (Building 1) at both the Princess Alexandra Hospital and the Logan Hospital. The two medical imaging projects are to be delivered concurrently to maximise resourcing and program efficiencies. Metro South Health aim to have both projects delivered and equipment installed by 30 June 2024.

While the projects are to be delivered concurrently, each project must be costed separately using the two pricing schedules provided by the Quantity Surveyor. JHA Consulting Engineers have fully documented the design and specifications to enable the installation of a CT Scanner at Logan Hospital and PET CT Scanner at Princess Alexandra Hospital.

Note: Due to Christmas/ New year shutdowns clarifications maybe be delayed slightly due to specialist availablity.

Site Inspections:

Offerors shall RSVP for the industry briefing/site visit by emailing the Contact Officer by 2.00 pm, Monday, 29 January 2024.
