Description
The Kangaroo Island Council seeks Expressions of Interest for the cleaning and management of Council facilities; specifically Public Toilets, Council Offices, Airport, Public Buildings, Shelters, BBQs, Foreshore & Boat Ramps.
The overall strategy of this Expression of Interest is to take a flexible approach to the allocation and/or assignment of the various tasks within the Schedules, to allow tenderers to match their capabilities to the tasks. Consequently, the information in this Expression of Interest has also been itemized to allow tenderers to assess those aspects of the Schedules which they believe they can effectively and efficiently service.
The Council facilities are located across Kangaroo Island (location maps are provided) and tenderers may choose to tender for all, multiple or one of the Council facilities.
A mandatory Tender Briefing Session will be conducted at 10:30am on 20th May 2016 at the Kingscote Town Hall, 43 Dauncey Street Kingscote.
A Community Information Session will also be conducted following the Tender Briefing Session at 11:30am on 20th May 2016 at the Kingscote Town Hall, 43 Dauncey Street Kingscote.
