The project entails the construction of a playspace area into the Civic Square, including installation of play elements and landscape features.
Components of the works include:
- Demolition and removal/salvage of associated materials
- Landscaping including turf replacement
- Irrigation
- Supply and installation of trees and plants
- Paving
- Concrete terraces
- 2 x fixed play elements (slide and carousel) (Installation only)
- Relocation of furniture including benches and bins
- 3 x seated podium areas constructed in site
- Construction of water feature
- Relocation of existing umbrellas
