Description
Work consists of upgrading the existing three open space teacher units into individual or dual teaching spaces, extending the existing Administration Building, Library Resource Centre, Activity Hall and Child Parent Centre together with the construction of a new Canteen. Also included in the works is the associated electrical, mechanical, hydraulics and fire services throughout all buildings on the site. Approximate area of works is 260m2. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 3 at the time tenders close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
