Description
This project involves enhancement and refurbishment of the existing K Precinct Warehouse building. Architectural Works are to include patch and painting, tiling, linoleum polishing, kitchenette refurbishment, installation of sixteen Equipment Storage Cages and removal of existing roller door and bulkhead. Hydraulic Works are to include removal of exiting cold water taps and the warehouse kitchenette. Electrical works to include replacement of non-LED lights. Mechanical Works to include a combined approach of passive and mechanical ventilation to the warehouse, this will include mounted fans, exhaust fans and temperature sensors.
