Supply, Installation, and Post-Warranty Service and Maintenance of Twelve (12) Haemodialysis Machines, Eight (8) Treatment Chairs, and associated Equipment and Consumables to Armadale Health Service

Armadale Health Service consists of a State Government owned and operated General Hospital, Aged Care & Rehabilitation Service, Community Health Service and Mental Health Service all located on one site approximately 40 minutes south east of Perth along the Albany Highway in Armadale, Western Australia.

The Armadale Renal Dialysis Unit provides haemodialysis treatment to patients with acute renal failure and end stage chronic kidney disease requiring renal replacement therapy. The unit is located on the first floor on the Galliers wing of the health service. This is a 10-chair unit providing haemodialysis treatment for 52 patients. The Armadale Renal Dialysis Unit is expected to conduct 7500 treatments per year over the next seven years.

This Request is for the supply, installation, commissioning and post-warranty service and maintenance of twelve (12) haemodialysis machines, eight (8) treatment chairs, and associated equipment, consumables, accessories and services to Armadale Health Service, to replace ageing equipment. Detailed technical specifications are provided in the Attachment to Schedule 2 of this Request.

The Request seeks offers on a Price Per Treatment (PPT) basis and an Outright Purchase basis, for equipment, consumables, and maintenance over a contract period of up to seven (7) years. Respondents are also invited to include in their offer, pricing for the trade-in of existing dialysis machines and treatment chairs. Respondents are advised that capital funding is not currently available for the outright purchase of the equipment.
