assist participating heavy vehicle fleets to reduce emissions and costs through assessing baseline fleet data, identifying fleet efficiency improvement opportunities, and providing tailored information, guidance and support to assist the fleets to implement identified opportunities; monitor the impact of the Program on fleet performance by providing individual and combined fleet data including fuel costs and emissions; and provide general information and guidance for publication, including case study examples of strategies implemented by participating fleets, to support other heavy vehicle fleets to improve efficiency.
