Engagement of Early Years Consultant

Deliver coaching and professional learning to Phase 3 and 4 schools/CFCs and relevant Department employees that supports educators to work towards being highly accomplished lead teachers and educators. Additionally, support Department leadership to progress to higher levels of proficiency in relation to leading in the Early Years. Develop professional learning, materials and resources to support ongoing successful implementation of the RTL initiative and the relevant requirements of Section 125 (3) (a) (i) of the Act, the AC, EYLF and the National Quality Standard (NQS). Consult and work collaboratively with the Department of Education Early Learning Team to ensure the RTL project aligns with Department strategy, policy and guidelines to support successful transitions through the early years and into the primary years of schooling.
