Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of up to Two (2) Low Temperature Sterilisers for WA Country Health Services

This Request is for the supply of up to two (2) Low Temperature Sterilisers for the WA Country Health Service (WACHS). The scope of this purchase shall include:

- the supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the offered Low Temperature Steriliser(s);

- standard accessories necessary for the complete and proper functioning of the offered Low Temperature Steriliser(s);

- allowance for the provision of consumables for a period of up to eleven (11) years;

- minimum twelve (12) month warranty;

- options for post-warranty service and maintenance for up to nine (9) years; and

- provision of in-service, education and training for the clinical users / operators, including the correct and efficient operation of the equipment.

One (1) low temperature steriliser will be purchased upfront for Bunbury Regional Hospital. The second unit may be purchased within the Term of the Head Agreement.

The Head Agreement established by this Request will constitute a standing offer, whereby the Customer can place orders for the second low temperature steriliser, associated accessories, consumables and maintenance options offered on an as required basis during the term of the Head Agreement.
