Description
A petrol station was operated on the site from 1984 until 2002, when it was closed and all associated infrastructure was removed. Uncontrolled releases of petroleum hydrocarbons to the soil have resulted in soil and groundwater impacts. A Site Management Plan (SMP) has been developed for the contaminated soil and groundwater which requires the removal of source material at the site.
