Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of the Central Institute of Technology are seeking tenders from suitably qualified registered builders with suitable experience in Fire Services to major buildings within the CBD to undertake the Fire Services Upgrade at the Central Institute of Technology, Leederville campus, in accordance with the plans and specifications.
A mandatory site inspection will take place at 10.30am on Friday 20 June 2014 at the Central Institute of Technology Leederville campus corner Oxford & Richmond Streets, Leederville Student Services Level 1.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria
