Description
The ACCC is seeking to replace and upgrade its telephony, PABX , contact centre (Infocentre) infrastructure and delivery of end-to-end voice desktop support services accross Australia.
Through this RFT, the ACCC seeks to consilidate and refresh its existing voice services and the future introduction of new capabilities including the introduction of unified communications as well as integration of existing audio visual capabilities.
