Scrivener Dam Dissipator Strengthening Project - Detailed Design and associated works

The NCA is seeking to engage a suitably qualified and experienced design consultancy to undertake and complete the detailed design of the Scrivener Dam Dissipator Strengthening Project in preparation for physical construction works.

This project will build upon the Concept Design, of which was undertaken in 2021.

The successful design consultancy will be required to undertake all detailed design for the dissipator strengthening and associated works as well detailed design for all enabling and temporary works (such as erosion control, coffer dam design and culvert design) that will be required to successfully undertake the project.

The NCA also requires the successful design consultancy to prepare P80 cost forecasts, assist in the preparation for and attendance at Public Works Committee (PWC) hearings.
