Description
WorkCover Corporation administers the operation of the Workers Rehabilitation and Compensation Act, 1986. The management of claims (excluding those of self-insured employers) pursuant to this Act is undertaken on behalf of the Corporation by contracted Claims Management Agents and Self-Managed Employers. South Australian legal firms, including firms on the existing Legal Services Provider Panel, are now invited to submit Expressions of Interest to provide legal services in relation to claims-related issues to WorkCover Corporation, Claims Management Agents and Self-Managed Employers. Applications must address the selection criteria in the document, “Call for Expressions of Interest – Provision of Legal Services”, which can be obtained from www.workcover.com, or by contacting Despina either on [phone hidden] or via email at [email hidden] Each applicant’s Expression of Interest must: include an original along with two copies should be marked “Private and Confidential: Legal Services Expression of Interest” and should be addressed to: Project Officer – Legal Providers WorkCover Corporation GPO Box 2668 Adelaide SA 5001
