Expressions of interest are invited from suitably qualified consultants to assist the Institute of TAFE Tasmania to implement a Pilot Foundation Leadership Development program for the development and enhancement of transformational leadership skills for TAFE employees across a range of levels and functions. The program will focus on the development of leadership capabilities, such as emotional intelligence, rather than on operational management skills.
