Description
There is a requirement to replace the thermal plant at the TasTAFE Campbell Street Campus, which is at the end of its operational life. This thermal plant serves as the primary heating and cooling system for the building. The scope of works includes, but is not limited to, decommissioning and removing the existing thermal plant, supply and install of new thermal plant on the roof including new pipework reticulation, primary and secondary pumps, heating and chilled water tanks and associated works. A new Mechanical Services Switchboard including new BMS controls for the central plant is also required. TasTAFE has appointed an external consultant to develop plans and specifications for these works, which is included in the Request for Tender documentation. |
