Description
Ballarat Health Services is seeking suitably qualified and experienced Service Provider/s to supply clients of the State-wide equipment program (SWEP) with the appropriate goods and services pertaining to Reissue, Repairs and Maintenance of specific equipment to meet each client’s needs according to a clearly defined specialist’s prescription.
In 2010/11 it is estimated that the SWEP will provide approximately 5,000 reissue items and provide repairs and maintenance to around 5842 clients (adults and children) across .
