DMP671111A - Provision of Geochemical Analysis and Other Services

The Geological Survey of Western Australia (GSWA), a division of the Department of Mines and Petroleum (DMP), generates, collates and distributes geoscientific information in order to support mineral exploration in the State. Geochemical data, resulting from the analysis of rocks and soils, form a key part of its activities, with these data used by both GSWA staff and the private sector.
This Request aims to identify laboratories that can provide suitable analytical services to GSWA for the analysis of rocks and soils. Laboratories that satisfy the designated criteria will be appointed to a panel. The DMP reserves the right to accept more than one response concurrently for the provision of this service. The DMP also reserves the right to have analysis undertaken by a Government organisation outside of the established panel at its own discretion.
