Rottnest Island Authority is seeking a registered builder to demolish 141 free-standing brick columns in Bathurst visitor accommodation and replace them with timber columns on properly sized footings. This is to be accomplished according to the provided structural drawings over a period commencing on May 17th, 2019 and completed no later than July 26th, 2019.
