Upgrade heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and other general remediation works including patching and painting of internal and external areas of the building, replacement of existing carpeting and refinishing parquetry flooring, rectify select non-compliances to existing stairs, and the replacement of the existing glazed façade with high performance glazed façade at RAAF Point Cook Chapel.
