HealthyWA is a public facing website, managed by WA Health, which is a crucial resource for the Western Australian public to understand and manage health and medical conditions, as well as provide updates from Medical Practitioners regarding public health issues. The HealthyWA site attracts between 20 million to 50m million views annually. As an important source of information for the public, HealthyWA must be maintained to a high standard. Health Support Services is WA Health’s Shared Service Centre, providing information communication technology services (ICT) to WA Health.HSS is seeking a arrangement to maintain current SiteCore Licencing (including premium support and maintenance) to upkeep HealthyWA. The support and maintenance required will provide access to Sitecore Premium support.
