Description
The Consultant will be required to review PTA’s asset management documentation, practices, systems and technology including but not limited to;
- Asset Management Policy;
- Asset Management System Framework;
- Asset Management Plans;
- Maintenance Compliance and asset intelligence performance reports;
- Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS);
- Risk Assessments; and
- Any other relevant documentation to confirm suitability for the management of the PTA’s physical assets.
