Description
North Metropolitan Health Service (NMHS) require the provision of ad hoc security services to assist in managing the safety of staff and patients. While most sites within NMHS have rostered security services, additional services are required to manage unforeseen emergencies, persons that are exhibiting a threat to the safety of the staff/patients/infrastructure, and/or to provide cover for the shifts that NMHS security personnel cannot fill. Security personnel must be Level 4 Classification, capable of responding to incidents of aggression, be able to appreciate complex instructions, maintain confidentiality and interpersonal boundaries, and communicate assertively and effectively.
The Servicesare required at the following sites:
- Queen Elizabeth II Medical Centre (QEIIMC); including:
- Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital;
- Perth Children’s Hospital;
- Osborne Park Hospital;
- Graylands Hospital;
- King Edward Memorial Hospital; and
- Other metropolitan locations as required.
