Description
The City of Onkaparinga owns the existing Morphett Vale Sports Complex Oval which is leased to the sporting clubs to operate valued community sport and social activities.
The Morphett Vale Sports Complex Oval has existing Oval Sports Lighting Infrastructure. The intent of this project is to replace and upgrade this infrastructure.
The works shall be in accordance with the drawings and specifications and include, but are not limited to:
- Disconnection, demolition and disposal of existing sports lighting fittings, poles, and associated footings
- Installation of new Junction boxes to link into existing underground electrical infrastructure.
- Installation of new light poles including footings
- Installation of new 150 lux light fittings including associated cabling
- Connection of new cabling into existing electrical infrastructure and commissioning of new works
- Reinstatement of Members area floodlight
- Reinstatement of existing concrete and Loam surfaces and site cleanup of all waste generated.
- All works to comply with AS3000 and NCC
- Defect Liability and Statutory Maintenance for 12 months post Practical Completion
