Description
CoS maintain a multitude of facilities and infrastructure across the council area that require the services of a plumber, including:
- Council buildings
- Sports clubs
- Toilet blocks
- Irrigation
- Water/ drink fountains
Works will also include completion of annual backflow testing and completion of annual Council Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMV) testing.
Council is seeking a suitably qualified contract to complete planned and reactive maintenance to plumbing installations within all facilities owned by the City of Salisbury. This contract will be for an initial 3 year contract term, with two +1 year extension offers available, at Council's sole discretion.
