Public Transport Centre Ground Floor Water Closet Redevelopment

A need to redevelop the public toilet facilities located in the ground floor lobby of the Public Transport Centre (PTC) has been identified due to a projected increase in demand for these facilities arising from the opening of the new Perth Stadium and the new Forrestfield Airport Link. The new WC facility within the existing 1974 Heritage Listed PTC building will incorporate new male and female toilets, UAT toilet and first aid room.

The scope of works includes, but is not limited to;
a) Supply and installation of temporary toilets on the platform adjacent to the existing toilets, including service connections.
b) Demolition of some of the internal walls of the existing facility and internal finishes and fittings.
c) New male and female toilets, UAT toilet and first aid room within the space of the existing facility.
d) All associated Electrical, Hydraulic and Mechanical Services works.
