Description
The Department of Justice (the Department) operates a number of catering facilities within public prisons, workcamps, training centre and detention centre which must comply with Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) 3.2.1, 3.2.2 and 3.2.3.
The Department is seeking submissions from experienced, WA Regulatory Food Safety Auditors, approved by the Department of Health as per the Food Act 2008 (WA) Part 8 Division 1, to undertake audits annually of the Department’s catering facilities, including cook chill processes, State-wide to ensure compliance with FSANZ 3.2.1, 3.2.2 and 3.2.3 as governed by the Western Australian Food Act 2008.
The Department is seeking a single supplier to provide audit services to all the catering facilities across Western Australia.
