Provision of Audio Visual Equipment Refresh and Ongoing Support Services

SA Water Corporation invites tenders from suitable suppliers to provide audio visual (AV) and video conferencing (VC) equipment as well as ongoing support services for SA Water House in Victoria Square and the emergency operation centre at Mt Barker.

SA Water has a significant investment in IT AV and VC infrastructure to support the day to day collaboration of staff, these assets have now reached end of life. The aging AV/VC assets in the SA Water House meeting rooms have become difficult to maintain and manage; this is having an impact on the day to day operations of SA Water.

Included in the AV/VC equipment refresh project are the two Emergency Operations Centres (EOC). One located at SA Water House and the other at SA Water’s facilities in Mt Barker. These EOC’s provide SA Water with the necessary facilities to co-ordinate our planning and operational response to emergency events. Specialised AV equipment is installed in the two EOC’s. It is essential to SA Water’s and South Australia’s emergency response capability that the equipment in the EOC’s is highly available.

A condition of tender is attendance at a site briefing to be held at SA Water House - 250 Victoria Square, Adelaide 5000 on Monday 7th December 2015
