Description
The removal of the original Daikin VRV air conditioning plant at the Busselton Police Station and the provision of a new air cooled chiller plant and condensing boiler plant. The scope of works includes modifications and additions to the existing ventilation systems and the change out of the original DX fan coil units with new water based fan coil units. The works will be staged such that the chilled and heating water pipework will be installed and pressure tested during the winter months before the decommissioning of the VRV system condensing units as the first stage.
A declaration of Confidential Information Agreement will have to be signed and submitted prior to receiving tender drawings.
