Description
Bunbury Regional Prison and Casurina Prison require continuous year-round supply and delivery of good quality bulk potatoes, delivered to their Vegetable Preparation Unit once a week, preferably Wednesdays. It is anticipated that the maximum volume of potatoes required over a year for Bunbury Prison is 208,000 kg and 221,000 kg for Casuarina Prison. These estimated volumes will be reviewed on each Contract anniversary.
