Spotless Facility Services Pty Ltd on behalf of The Department of Education North Metropolitan Region is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors with recent experience in roof, gutter and downpipe cleaning projects to undertake routine maintenance and associated works in accordance with the tender documents for the whole Region which is divided into 4 zones.
Two (2) mandatory site inspections will take place on Friday 20 March 2014, please see site inspection for further details.
The compliance criteria and selection criteria are defined in the tender documentation. The successful tenderer must meet all compliance criteria requirements to be considered for evaluation against the weighted selection criteria.
