The MRA wishes to obtain proposals in response to this Request for Tender (RFT) for the provision of interim surfaces for vacant Development Lots 2, 3 and 5/6 at Elizabeth Quay.The work covered by this Specification includes the undertaking of all civil and hydraulic works in Lots 2, 3 and 5/6. This includes site grading and contouring, the construction of a hard landscaped perimeter for service vehicle access, piped drainage infrastructure, installation of gravel mulch and erection of site fencing and/or bollards. The design, manufacture, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of irrigation reticulation and control systems in order to provide fully operational systems and the installation of turf in the areas nominated in the Drawings.
