Construction of new school comprising a total of six single storey buildings of concrete slab, brick veneer and steel roof construction and associated siteworks on a greenfields site, total floor area approximately 2150m2. Tenders will only be considered from tenderers who are DAIS Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 1 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
