Provision of Airconditioner and Coolroom Servicing to the Goldfields-Esperance and Wheatbelt Regions

The Department of Finance, Building Management and Works (BMW) manages on behalf of other State Government Departments/Agencies routine maintenance and servicing of air-conditioning systems and coolrooms. To continue to provide an efficient service to Clients, the Contract Authority is putting in place a panel contract to service nominated air-conditioning systems and coolrooms throughout the Goldfields-Esperance and Wheatbelt Regions.
This will involve Respondents submitting “a fixed price rate” based on carrying out the specified number and type of services per year, as specified below to the nominated air-conditioning system or coolroom, and the Respondent’s preferred nominated location of the work. Each Region is divided into a number of zones containing variable numbers and types of Air conditioner units and coolrooms. Respondents may nominate to carry out work in one or several zones. Respondents must respond to the Selection Criteria and submit their price schedule for this submission to be considered.
It is the intention of the Contract Authority to appoint one (1) Contractor to deliver services to each zone. However, the Contract Authority reserves the right to appoint a sole contractor to deliver services in a number of zones or a number of contractors to deliver services in each zone. The panel arrangement would consist of Respondents in relevant zones who have satisfactorily complied with the Selection Criteria and offer the best Value For Money.
