Description
The project consists of a significant refurbishment (approx. 750sqm), to the existing aged care wing (Francis House) of Bordertown Memorial Hospital and a 12 bedroom addition (approx. 750sqm) including lounge room, wet areas and staff facilities. The project also involves substantial landscaping and civil works, new mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and fire safety services. Tenders will only be considered from DAIS tenderers who are Prequalified General Building Contractors in Category 2 at the time of tender close. Neither the lowest nor any tender will necessarily be accepted.
