Description
IP Australia is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced supplier to deliver contact centre services. The services include handling of all calls, including switchboard services, general enquiry calls and emails relating to IP Australia's services.
IP Australia is seeking suppliers to provide two models for delivery of the services. The models should include contact centre solutions which:
- are largely representative of the current service delivery model and approach (Baseline Model); and
- explore alternative contact centre solutions including smart IVR systems and/or other approaches to the services which will add value to IP Australia (Alternative Model).
IP Australia may also wish to add further contact centre services of a similar or related nature during the term of the contract.
