Design and construction of promotional booth

Geoscience Australia is acting on behalf of Australia Minerals, a grouping of Australia’s eight Federal, State and Northern Territory government geological organisations. Australia Minerals undertakes an annual international program to promote Australia as a preferred destination for investment in mineral exploration. Australia Minerals presents a unified Australian government presence, under the banner of “Australia”, which also balances the need for attending states and territories to be able to present their specific information to conference delegates. Australia Minerals’ international promotion program is agreed in advance at the annual meeting of the Exploration Investment and Geoscience Working Group.
As part of its engagement in China, Australia Minerals rents booth space at the annual China Mining conference held in the city of Tianjin. China Mining typically hosts about 5000 delegates with about 400 exhibitors.

Services are required to design a free-standing Australia Minerals booth for the available floor space and construct the booth at the Tianjin Meijiang Convention Center for China Mining 2015 (20-23 October 2015). Australia Minerals may elect to use the same booth design for a further two to three years. Geoscience Australia may negotiate small adjustments to the design in subsequent use. If used at subsequent China Mining conferences, the booth should be constructed at the convention centre that hosts the conferences.
