Description
The Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications requires a consultant to produce a comprehensive report broken into two sections, each relating to a distinct but interconnected line of inquiry. The first section will provide an assessment of the existing, emerging and novel business models for the production and distribution of news and media content. The second section will evaluate the regulatory and non-regulatory measures employed (or being considered) in comparable jurisdictions. The report must be informed by thorough, rigorous and independent analysis.
