Description
Council is seeking to engage an appropriately qualified and experienced contractor to design and construct a replacement retaining wall.
Site inspection:
A 15-minute site inspection will be provided for the this RFT. The time and date for the inspection will be published via the SA Tenders Website as an addendum to the contract.
This site inspection will take place at 4 Carden Court and will be the only opportunity to attend site during the tender call. No other time will be provided for potential contractors to attend the site outside of this time. Under no circumstance are respondents of their potential contractors to contact the residents directly.
It is preferable that Respondents attend this inspection.
