Description
The procurement is for treated timber which will be used for track works across a variety of parks and reserves within the Tasmanian Wilderness World Heritage Area. The supply will form part of the works for the Fire Recovery project.
The Specifications for the treated Pine timber is to be:
• Rough sawn
• Kiln Dried or Air Dried in accordance with AS4785.1-2002
• Minimum stress Grade F5 in accordance with AS4063
• Hazard Class 4 (H4) in accordance with AS1604.1
• Treatment is to be FREE of CCA (Copper Chrome Arsenic)
