DOE Nominated Sites Toilet Refurbishment Program

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Education (DoE) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Toilet Refurbishment Works at seven (7) Nominated DoE Sites.

PFM reserves the right to award the works as a single Contract or multiple Contracts to achieve the best value for money outcome and delivery on time

The Works may include but not necessarily be limited to:

 Replacement of floor and wall tiling

 Replacement of toilets and cisterns

 Installation of sensor flush to urinals

 Replacement of sinks with trough and push taps

 Removal of terrazzo partitioning

 Installation of reinforced partitioning and doors including hardware

 Replacement of light fittings

 Replacement of toilet roll holders, soap dispensers and/or paper towel dispensers

 Painting of walls and ceilings

 Inspection of mechanical services
