State Theatre Centre of Western Australia Fire Services - Fire Door & Service Penetration Works

Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Finance and Department of Local Government, Sport and Cultural Industries (DLGSC) are seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake Fire Service Works at the State Theatre Centre of Western Australia.

Non -compliance items were bought to the attention of the State Theatre Centre in relation to fire doors and service penetrations throughout the site. As a result, the State Theatre Centre is proposing to rectify the most urgent of non-conformances noted. The existing area that is pertaining to this scope of works are as noted in the drawings and reference document for the entire State Theatre Centre Site. It has been decided that all door requirements as noted on the door register (Appendix A) shall be complete and all penetration requirements as noted on the penetration register shall be completed as part of these works.
